This policy explains how refunds, used credits, failed tasks, and subscription cancellations work for UnmarkAI purchases.

This Refund Policy applies to credits, subscriptions, plans, and other paid access for UnmarkAI. It is designed to be clear about when cash refunds are available and when credits may be returned to your account.
1. Unused Credits
We offer refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] and include the email address on your account, order details, and purchase date.
2. Used Credits and Started Tasks
Once credits are used to start an AI processing task, the service is considered delivered for those credits. Used credits are not refundable as cash because AI processing may incur GPU, API, storage, and infrastructure costs as soon as a task starts.
3. Failed Tasks
If a task fails due to a system error and no result is generated, the used credits for that failed task may be returned to your account. In most cases, failed processing jobs are handled by credit return rather than a cash refund.
4. AI Result Quality
AI results can vary depending on video quality, compression, motion, occlusion, watermark placement, subtitle complexity, scene detail, and other source-file conditions. If a task completes but the result is not what you expected, used credits are generally not eligible for a cash refund.
If the output appears clearly abnormal or affected by a technical issue, contact us and we may review the case, suggest a processing adjustment, help with manual troubleshooting, or provide a reasonable credit compensation where appropriate.
5. Subscriptions
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund already used credits, completed AI processing tasks, or a billing period that has already begun unless required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing.
6. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or did not receive purchased credits, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will review billing issues and correct confirmed errors.
