Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines what content and conduct is prohibited on UnmarkAI to maintain a safe, lawful, and respectful platform for all users.
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of UnmarkAI, including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers. By accessing or using UnmarkAI, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the service.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, process, store, share, or distribute any content through UnmarkAI that falls into the following categories:
NSFW and Adult Content
Pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, adult-oriented content, depictions of sexual acts, sexualized depictions of individuals, and any content that a reasonable person would consider not safe for work (NSFW). This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is real, animated, illustrated, or AI-generated.
Violence, Threats, and Harassment
Content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes violence against individuals or groups; content that threatens, harasses, bullies, intimidates, or stalks others; content that encourages or incites self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior; and content depicting graphic violence, gore, or cruelty to animals.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion or religious belief, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. This includes hate symbols, slurs, and content promoting hate-based ideologies.
Illegal Content
Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving or promoting illegal activities, controlled substances, the sale of illegal or regulated goods, fraud, financial crimes, and any content whose creation, possession, or distribution is prohibited by law.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or moral rights. You may only upload and process content that you own or for which you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, releases, and consents from the applicable rights holders.
Malware, Spam, and Platform Abuse
Content containing viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, or any other harmful or malicious code; content used for spam, phishing, social engineering, or unauthorized advertising; and content designed to interfere with, damage, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to UnmarkAI or any other system, network, or service.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of children. Any such content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities. Accounts associated with such content will be permanently terminated and all associated data preserved for law enforcement review.
2. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the content restrictions above, the following conduct is not permitted on UnmarkAI:
- Using the service to engage in, facilitate, or promote illegal activity.
- Attempting to circumvent, disable, or bypass content moderation systems, usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
- Creating additional accounts to evade prior suspensions, bans, or restrictions.
- Impersonating UnmarkAI, its employees, agents, or other users.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, probing, scanning, or scraping.
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the service without our prior written consent.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include:
- Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy.
- Suspending or terminating your account and access to the service.
- Revoking or forfeiting unused credits associated with a violating account.
- Reporting violations to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
- Taking technical measures to prevent future access by violating users.
We may use automated tools, including AI-based content scanning, to detect potentially violating content. We may also conduct manual reviews. The absence of enforcement in one instance does not waive our right to enforce in other instances.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or conduct on UnmarkAI that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include:
- A description of the content or conduct you are reporting.
- Any relevant links, task IDs, or other identifying information.

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action. We may not be able to share the specific outcome of every report due to privacy considerations.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of UnmarkAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
